I always listen what my students need. If a person doesn't like an exercise, I will change it with another one with the same focus. The first thing that I want to know about my students is their health, so I can adapt the exercises.
I have a degree in Physical Education and I am studying Adapted Physical Exercise. I have also studied yoga, fitness, pilates, zumba and I am a personal Trainer. I work also in the week end and I am flexible in the hours.
A lesson lasts 45 minutes
I am more relaxed since I do yoga lessons, they help me a lot and Silvia is kind, a professional teacher!
