I have been practicing law for 32 years. If you want or need to learn how to write anything well I can help you. It is not rocket science. I start with a basic thought or idea, create a sentence and then build a paragraph. Before you know it you have many paragraphs, well organized and clearly written. You can do it. Let me show you how.
In addition, we encounter legal documents every time we sign a lease or a car loan or a credit card agreement. We hear about child support (or owe it) and sign for mortgages. I teach the basics of law for everyday life so you are armed with knowledge of your rights and the rights of others.
I am a trial lawyer who is in court all the time. I talk to jurors and judges and other lawyers. I write all the time. I have to learn many areas unrelated to law, like medicine, to effectively represent clients. My experience with many people is that they cannot effectively communicate their thoughts in writing. In fact, many hate to write. Some have to write a paper and panic. It is just a matter of calming down and thinking it through step by step. This is what lawyers do and what I can teach you to do. I have taught young lawyers how to be more effective writers. I can teach you, too.
