Sixth Degree Black Belt, senior instructor for the World Matsubayashi-Ryu Karate-Do Association, Naha, Okinawa Japan. Studying/teaching since 1965. Have taught thousands of students from ages 6 to 65. The study of karate promotes, fitness, self-defense, mental focus, and will to succeed.

I lead by example, practicing all classes with my students. I never ask students to do anything that I wouldn't do. Students become incrementally more fit and more skilled they build confidence by seeing the success they achieve through their perseverance.
