About Roberto

I started studying Kendo at the age of 19, in a tournament I met a person with excellent concentration, security and physical condition, in fact, he won the tournament, I asked him to tell me how he trained, his answer was, I train Karate. He took me to his teacher and since then, more than 17 years ago, I joined his karate group. The teacher's name is Kosuke Heianna, he is from Okinawa, he lives in Mexico City and his group is called Seito Kai Kan, because in LIFE, we are all learners.

The practices must be at least of one an a half hour, twice a week, physical conditioning and kata are trained, there are no blows, only strengthening of arms and legs between couples, and it is suitable for people over 15 years of age and older.
