Methodology
Learn English from an experienced teacher with an Iowa ELL endorsement. I am interested in helping you develop your ability in the areas of listening, speaking, reading, and writing through conversation, literature, movies, and personal writing. I enjoy working with all ages and prefer to work with women and girls or families.
Background
I have been teaching English as a Second Language to students in our local school kindergarten through 12th grade since 2013. Before that I was a successful classroom and special education teacher. Some of my English language learners have moved from emerging English to honor roll students in two years.
