I have been a cross country and track athlete for 10 years. I started in middle school and have just finished up a collegiate career at 2 different Division 1 universities. I have helped individuals along the way achieve their weight loss goals, fitness goals, and personal goals. My two passions in life are running and helping others and I look forward to helping people run their first consecutive mile or running a Boston qualifier in the marathon. 100 % Judgement free help!
I do not mind driving to my client. However, if my drive is over 20 minutes (one direction) I charge an additional $5 just to cover gas.
