About Sara
I am a former school bus driver and I taught both of my daughters how to drive. They both passed their driver's license test and behind-the-wheel test on the first attempt. I love driving and teaching others to be good drivers. I take pride in a job well done. And I encourage my students to do the same. Anything worth doing, is worth doing well. I understand that not everyone will catch on right away and I know how to encourage them toward a goal.

About the lesson

We can meet online to go through the driver's training manual. I can make quizzes or refer you to practice tests to prepare you for the final test. We can meet in person for behind-the-wheel instruction. We'd practice things like maintaining your speed, using blinkers appropriately, and about blind spots. I will also cover things like driver courtesy, being aware of your surroundings, highway driving, merging. I will be sure to discuss right and left-hand turns, braking, stopping, stop lights, parts of the car, engine warning lights, and right-of-way rules. Also, if there are specific needs for your student, I'm happy to accommodate.
