I have studied the works of many great photographers. I teach using a combination of their work and my own. There are thousands of photos in my gallery that range from landscapes to stop-action sports, and spontaneous street photography to well-planned surrealistic artwork.
I have taught photography at the Museum of Art, Community College, UTEP, and in the public schools. My photos have been published in the El Paso Times and by Time/Life Magazines. While an undergraduate at UTEP I worked for a research arm of Sesame Street doing cartoon animation for children. While working for Region 19 ESC, I produced an educational film about training blind children. I have used a wide variety of cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment during my career in photography.
