About Sage

We focus on everyday communication—how to order food, ask for help, greet people, and talk about your day. I also teach informal speech, common slang, texting language, and expressions that locals actually use. My lessons are personalised to your needs and goals. Whether you're new to the language or want to improve your social confidence, I create a space where you can speak freely without pressure. I pay close attention to your pace, helping you grow step by step. I support those who are adjusting to life in a new place or learning Spanish to connect with friends, coworkers, or neighbours. Together, we’ll work on listening, speaking, and thinking in Spanish so it becomes a part of your everyday routine. I use repetition, voice practice, and role-play to build fluency and comfort. You’ll learn how to hold a conversation, understand others, and respond with ease.

About the lesson

I’m a Spanish tutor with 9 years of experience and a Master of Arts in Spanish Language Pedagogy. My passion lies in making Spanish accessible and joyful for every child, especially neurodivergent young learners. I use creative, sensory-based activities that engage multiple senses to teach the basics of Spanish in a way that truly connects. I believe in meeting each child where they are, with patience, care, and a flexible approach that evolves with them. Every lesson is carefully tailored with individualised learning plans designed to support unique needs and strengths. My classroom is a calm, safe space where communication skills grow through songs, stories, routines, and real-life play. I place deep value in celebrating small victories—every new word, every attempt, every smile of recognition. These are the moments that build confidence and spark a genuine love for language.
