About Ricardo
My name is Ric Jardiolin, I have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Certified Professional Mechanical Engineer. I taught in the university in the Mechanical Engineering Department. I am also a Drilling Fluids Engineer / Research Engineer. As a Drilling Computer Engineer I have worked 40 plus years in the Oil Drilling Industry, doing research, teaching and training Drilling Fluid Engineers and customers in the US and several countries overseas. I received recognition as the outstanding Faculty Member in the university.
I have also done a lot of Private tutoring.

My teaching method is flexible, depending on the capabilities of the people in the class, because I want to impart a complete understanding of the subjects to everyone in the class and not just to a select few. In teaching, and in everything that I do, I am very thorough. I adjust myself and my teaching approach to the intellectual capacity of everyone in the class, which means I start with simplicity before we embark on the more complicated. My aim in teaching is that everyone in the class will finish with a total and complete understanding of the course. I believe that if the students completely understand the basics, they can learn the complicated faster and easier.
