I like to use sound, visualization, and breathing techniques to help people get into a meditation state. There are many forms of meditation and I like to incorporate those forms in my sessions so that every session is different, and so that you are learning more than one way to meditate and be mindful.
I have facilitated meditation sessions at youth camps and adult retreats for seven years. I have taught groups and one on one with adults and children. Meditation seems daunting at first, but with the right mindset and guidance, everyone can learn to meditate.
