I like to approach either on an individual or group setting where I show simple techniques and knowledge to a person. I take decades of information and can give it to an individual within days therefore jumpstarting their mew path in life
Background
I am a mental performance coach with education in this area since 1995. Utilizing what I have learned over that time I have successfully used and applied a number of techniques in my personal life. Within the past year I have turned my knowledge into a business where I help with taking a persons mental performance to a level that most were not aware of.
