I am a music education student. I have taken ap theory and am currently taking theory, piano, and basic music classes. I have been playing trombone for 7 years and have been reading music other than base clef for two years

My approach on teaching trombone is assigning certain two songs and a scales each week depending on the students level. With other subjects my approach is to explain whatever concept and seeing the following week if the information was retained
