Methodology

I am very familiar with both face-to-face tutoring and online tutoring as I have conducted sessions in both methods. I have 1 year of experience tutoring at Sandhills Community College. I work on a fixed weekly schedule to meet with my students. All of my lessons were one-to-one face-to-face. Depend on the students' needs, we would work on homework problems, test reviews, test preparations, and class previews. Apart from working at a college, I also have 1-month experience working for an on-demand tutor for a huge online tutoring company. This means that I stay on-call at my own hours.

For each subject, I would use relative and easy-to-understand examples for students to feel engaged. I would check on students' knowledge to ensure I am teaching the material that they can understand. Afterward, I would encourage students to tackle the questions on their own to confirm that they know how to apply the methods or knowledge learned in each session.
