About Anne
Teaching is my passion! For the past 20 years I have been teaching my native language and culture to learners of all levels. I have a PhD in Second Language Acquisition from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and an M.A. in Teaching French as a Foreign Language from l'Université René Descartes-Paris V. I currently live in Barcelona, after enjoying 17 years in the Midwest. I have always loved languages, and my own learning continues: I speak my native French, as well as English, Spanish, and am now learning Catalan!
