Native French Speaking student coming from France with 5 years of teaching experience
Methodology
I'm Cynthia a recent graduate from Pace University in marketing.
I used to work as a teacher in France and have several students from different age and background.
I first learn and observe the method of studying of my students before helping them with my own methods of learning. The principle is simple, let them try first and then help them in the subject or topic they need because they need to be confident in what they are doing.
Background
As I mentioned before, I have been giving lessons since I was in high school in France, so it's been 6 years now.
I do not remember how many students I taught but in general it is 3-4 people per year. Last year before coming to the US I taught 2 kids from elementary school and then 3 from middle school.
I was contacting mainly for math and my students succeed to pass their diplomas and enter high school.
