Methodology
My teaching method is different based on the student. We are all different learners and I think it is important to take that into consideration when explaining a concept or lesson. This is extremely beneficial for the student to know what works for them so they become smarter studiers in the future. I enjoy tutoring through not only helping explain a concept using a different approach but I love to incorporate videos, visuals, and practice problems when applicable.
Background
I am an Ohio State University honors graduate. I studied health sciences (a pre-medicine track) with a minor in integrative health and wellness. I also have an associates degree in arts and sciences focusing on psychology, sociology, and composition. I have previous tutoring experience in biology, anatomy and physiology, microbiology, and all subjects from 4th grade-8th grade.
