About Agnes

I am a dedicated and experienced French tutor with over 5 years of teaching experience, working with high school and college students from diverse academic backgrounds. Over the years, I have developed a strong ability to adapt my teaching methods to suit each learner’s pace, goals, and learning style.

I believe that every student learns differently, and personalised instruction is the key to long-term success. My lessons are carefully structured to build a strong foundation in grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

My teaching approach focuses on real-life communication. About the lesson

My teaching approach for French is built on Accountability, Integrity, Flexibility, Communication, and Positivity. I believe learning a language becomes successful when students feel responsible for their progress, supported by honest guidance, and encouraged through positive motivation.

From the first class, I help students set clear goals for speaking, reading, writing, and listening in French. I track progress regularly and give feedback so students always know where they stand and how to improve.

Communication is at the centre of my teaching. I create an open and friendly classroom where students feel confident to speak without fear of mistakes. I use real-life conversations, role plays, storytelling, and audio-visual tools to improve pronunciation, listening skills, and fluency. French grammar and vocabulary are taught step by step in a simple and practical way so learners can use them naturally in daily life.

Flexibility allows me to adjust lessons based on each student’s learning style, speed, and personal goals. Whether a student is learning French for school, exams, travel, or career growth, I shape lessons to match their needs. I also bring a positive attitude into every class so students stay motivated and enjoy the learning process.

In addition to French, I support students with related subjects such as basic linguistics, spoken communication, vocabulary building, cultural studies, translation basics, and exam preparation.
