Who I am, to whom I give lessons:
I am Michael Mrgudic, a 23-year-old postgraduate student. I spend my free time researching health, naturopathy, nutrition, diseases, and human performance. I give lessons to any person seeking to achieve a healthier body, regardless of background or location.
Techniques/methods of instruction:
I instruct online, in person, and via phone call or video chat, based on the preference of the tutee.
I analyze cases to determine appropriate actions to take to reach the tutee's goals. This includes discussing foods to eat and foods to avoid, recommending herbs, and possibly creating exercise and meditation programs, all with the aim to eliminate the suffering that one experiences.
Characteristics as a tutor (methodology):
I enjoy talking with others and building relationships by working to achieve a common goal.
I like to have fun and add humor to conversations.
I aim to work with tutees to understand their eating habits and lifestyle, to help tutees understand what symptoms are and why they occur, to understand the cause of the symptoms, and to equip tutees with the knowledge of how to eliminate the cause of their suffering.
I emphasize the importance of the lymphatic system in eliminating systemic waste, and help tutees reach their goals of healing.
