I don't really have a specific teaching methodology. I try to mix up my teaching styles. Sometimes I ask if the student has any particular questions on a topic and problems that they would like to review. Other times I just simply review with the topic as if I am introducing a new topic to a class. I may be more consistent with one way or another but I try to mix it up a bit.
I am a sophomore majoring electrical engineering at Santa Clara University. I tutored for about five years: three years through the National Honor Society and two years online through tutapoint.com. I tutor math subjects like Algebra, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, and Calculus. I taught about 40 to 50 students and they have excelled in all of their math classes with the proper guidance.
