“People who would like to learn general and academic English through the standard/common approach”

Methodology

I like to make sure students are engaged during my lessons. I love to work through problems, questions, examples together with students while asking them questions and giving step-step instructions along the way. Afterwards, I always give students plenty of time to complete sample problems on their own while assisting them along and ensuring they are on the right track. My teaching method is to give students a little push and give them enough assistance that will make them become independent learners.

Background

I have 7 years of teaching experience in all elementary subjects and high-school English.I ensure that my lessons are aligned with the Ontario curriculum. My students achieve at least an 80% in all school subjects. I recently graduated from a degree in psycho-linguistics. I am currently pursing a career path in Speech Language Pathology, so I can achieve my dream in helping people develop their speech, language, and communication. In my free time, I love to volunteer with various organizations to help vulnerable populations. I have a strong passion for helping people learn and grow.
