My techniques vary, but I will plan around your goals, i can typically do 1 hour sessions depending on your equipment or my equipment, we can do body work outs too, I have my level 3 personal training degree, Lessons are fun and I can also mix in some combat if you like as I have experience in kickboxing/boxing, I can focus on fat loss, muscle gain.
