Hi, I am a certified personal trainer with international experience, having worked with clients in both London and Sydney. My background spans calisthenics, yoga, Body Pump, and HYROX training, giving me a well-rounded approach to strength, endurance, and mobility.
I now also specialise in working with clients aged 40–75, helping them build strength, confidence, and resilience through tailored programs that support longevity and everyday vitality. From beginners taking their first steps into fitness to seasoned athletes chasing new challenges, I create personalised training plans that are safe, effective, and enjoyable.
My sessions focus on proper technique, functional strength, improved mobility, and a positive mindset—so you feel confident and motivated at every stage of your journey. I create personalised, goal-oriented fitness sessions that combine technique, strength, and mindfulness. Whether it’s mastering bodyweight skills through calisthenics, improving flexibility and balance with yoga, boosting endurance with HYROX-style conditioning, or energising full-body workouts with Body Pump, I adapt each session to your fitness level and goals.
Sessions typically last 45–60 minutes and blend guided instruction, demonstrations, and hands-on corrections to ensure proper form and safety.
I focus on building your confidence and independence so you can carry these skills into everyday life. As a certified personal trainer with international experience in London and Sydney, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients—from teens and young professionals to adults aged 40–75.
My lessons are ideal for anyone looking to build strength, mobility, and long-term health in a supportive, motivating environment.
