I currently work in pharmaceuticals and have a love of teaching. I am hoping to dive back into biology in which I majored in but also the other sciences. Had Direct contact with pharmacies and medical professionals to relay products and distribution information. Relayed medical professionals to our HCP group which was created to aid in quick and fast responses to questions from health care professionals.
Led productivity initiatives within the office to improve diligence and efficiency. Improvements allowed for decreased response time to customer inquiries and decreased error rate amongst agents in the call center. Error rate was decreased from 35% to 25%. This decrease allowed for the quality assurance team to maintain a manageable workload and not need additional review specialists.
Took part in the preparation of three FDA audits. Responsibilities included organization of sensitive documents for quick and easy access and providing FDA auditors with step by step walkthrough of our standard operating procedures.
Led “Lightning” accelerated training group focused on educating new hires on the various Accu-chek products. Trained over 30 new hires and reduced their time to making a contribution to the team by 4 weeks.
