About Cleo

My interest in piano began from a love for melody, harmony, and expressive musical storytelling during my childhood. I completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Music before earning a Master’s Degree in Piano Performance. During the last 7 years, I have guided students through musical development using supportive teaching methods and structured learning.

I believe every student learns differently, so I adapt lessons according to confidence level, musical goals, and learning style. Some learners improve through repetition and technical exercises, while others respond better to creativity and performance-based learning. My teaching style focuses on patience, encouragement, and musical expression so students can grow comfortably and confidently.

Outside teaching, I enjoy composing short piano pieces, studying classical repertoire, and exploring modern keyboard arrangements. Staying connected to music helps me bring fresh and inspiring ideas into lessons. Teaching piano is meaningful to me because I enjoy helping students build confidence and express emotions through music.

About the lesson

My piano lessons focus on helping students develop musical fluency through structured learning and enjoyable practice methods. I teach note reading, chord progressions, rhythm training, finger independence, scales, and musical interpretation using clear explanation and practical exercises. Lessons are designed to improve coordination, confidence, and creativity while creating a calm and encouraging musical environment.

Beginners improve through guided exercises, hand coordination drills, and simple melodies that strengthen foundational piano skills gradually. Intermediate learners develop stronger rhythm control, dynamic expression, and accompaniment techniques through structured repertoire and technical practice. Advanced students focus on musical phrasing, performance preparation, and expressive interpretation with deeper artistic understanding. I also include duet activities and listening exercises that help students improve musical awareness naturally.

Piano becomes more enjoyable when students understand musical structure instead of memorizing notes without expression. My lessons encourage patience, creativity, and consistent growth while helping learners improve steadily. I want students to become more confident, expressive, and connected to music through every stage of learning.
