I thrive to create a safe space for all the students in the class, so they can allow themselves to be vulnerable accessing different variations of the poses and feeling comfortable by trying new things. Classes are 75-minute long, with guided meditation, postures, and relaxation at the end. With the online classes, if a student has interested, I always offer Essential Oils as a starting point for an awakening of the senses and also as an invitation for the present moment.
I have been practicing Yoga for almost three years, and teaching for almost one, and since then I bring the practice as a self-discovering journey, where I can allow myself to see and feel who I am with no judgments.
The rates vary according to commuting, if student distance is too far a price variation might occur.

I created this project to bring awareness, and show how Yoga can be an effective tool for Mental Health. The goal of this project was to raise money for a Brazilian Institution in the city where I graduated from college, that works with Mental Health since 1924. We were able to raise almost R$800.
