In this lovely gentle class of prenatal yoga, we will start with some breathing exercises and then slowly move to gentle flow to awaken body and to warm up the joints. In following part we will work on joint opening and muscle strength for proper labor delivery. For closing part we will return to floor work and breathing exercises. Class program will vary according to trimester that you are in. Namaste and see you on the mat!
I have experience as former dancer of contemporary technique and ballet and I am a certified yoga instructor as well as mat and reformer Pilates teacher. I have accomplished more than 700 hours of yoga teacher training courses. I got certified in London, UK for Mat Pilates, TRX and Tour de cycle classes. I am also certified massage therapist in Swedish and Trigger point release technique.
