My teaching methodology is providing learners with individual support to help them make connections between what they already know and what they can learn. I feel that a learner constructs his or her knowledge based on what they already know and add new concepts to prior knowledge. Learners should also be actively involved in their own learning instead of the teacher transferring knowledge to the learners.
