Methodology

I teach based off my students! I can work at a slow pace or a fast pace. Everything depends on your intention with each lesson and what the focus is for the day! Each session is your session so we tailor it to what you want to work on. But generally we start with a warm-up, stretch, a little groove and then from there we can learn a combo, go over basics, whatever you desire and we can also record what you've learned at the end!
