I focus on creating a safe environment for students to ask questions and for me to understand their thought process. From this space it is possible to make progress for students to understand complex topics. Lessons are focused around what is most pressing to the student. Often this means, beginning with introducing principles and then working through example problems. Also, I try to make lessons fun as I know for many math and science is a means to an end, which I understand.
I am a Physics PhD that loves teaching math and science. I have taught students from middle school to college level for over ten years and over 200 students. I have also taught Physics courses at universities. The students I have worked with have seen 15-40% improvement in their grades and sometimes ended up pursuing STEM careers.
I use a sliding scale with clients.

Natasha has helped me a lot with physics. She explains the concepts better than my professors at university and makes sure to check in that I understand every step of the way. I can highly recommend her!
