About Liv
I am an avid gym-goer who enjoys helping people grow mentally and physically. I have a huge passion for inspiring people who want to better themselves and achieve their goals. Sometimes someone just needs that extra push to get there and that’s where I come in! My sessions are heavily focused on your goals and the best way we can achieve them but they will always be positive and you will always want to come back for another day. We will always begin at your skill level and build that level of confidence as we develop your skills over time.

Personal training in person and online, one-on-one sessions. Nutritional plans and advice, lifestyle advice and planning. I have worked with people from all walks of life such as beginners, gym regulars, people with injuries/rehabilitation, weight loss, stretching, youth, and the elderly. I have my level 4 certification in personal training and exercise, a fitness leadership qualification and am studying a bachelor of sport and human performance majoring in human performance science. Sessions can vary from 30 to 60 minutes, online sessions can be flexible depending on your schedule. For visual learners, videos and photos can be provided, for people who prefer auditory hearing, audio can be provided. Feel free to reach out and connect to start achieving your goals with me today!

Liv set me up with an appropriate very doable programme. She took careful consideration of my strength level, previous shoulder surgery and injuries.
