About Sebastian

I entered private practice in 1981. My practice encompassed carotid, aneurysm, arterial, vascular access and a wide spectrum of venous disease––from complex venous reconstruction to sclerotherapy of spider and varicose veins. I was the first surgeon in Northern California to use minimally invasive VNUS Closure and EVLT techniques for the treatment of varicose veins. I’ve treated thousands of patients during my career, including congressmen, other politicians and many prominent Sacramento area physicians and their families. My practice motto became “Trust Your Legs To Northern California's Most Experienced Vein Specialist .”
