About the lesson

About Anastasia

I am working as a sports coach and pole dance, fitness and dance coach in Russia for four years. I am the winner of several Russian competitions. I have 17 years of dance experience and considerable experience in muscle training and stretching. Currently I am dedicated to aerial gymnastics, dance and sports training.
