About the lesson
I give lessons to children and young adults in a relaxed, whole-body approach to bel canto singing technique, healthy vocal warm-up and practice habits, and basic music theory.
Lessons for younger children incorporate the Kodaly Music Methodology, using music and movement strategies, folk song repertoire, and music literacy skills.

In the past two years, I have taught four students varying between ages 10 and 35. One student went on to study vocal performance, while others were able to increase vocal volume, understanding of music theory and the physical process of singing, greater relaxation when singing, and confidence!
