About Marcus

I am a singer, dancer, singer, and actor from Kingsport, Tennessee. I have been teaching dance since the age of 8 because my mom was the owner of Prevette Danceworld when I was growing up. I have always been so taken with the arts and I love every aspect of putting on a live performance. With over 20 years of my experience teaching, I still can’t quite describe the sense of joy I feel when it finally “clicks” for one of my students. I have produced many different varieties of shows throughout the years. I love the arts and I can’t wait to get started with you today!

I like to always encourage my students while giving them advice that can improve the quality of their performance if they were in front of a live audience or on camera. I believe that every student has a spark in them and it is just waiting to ignite! I believe that anyone who sets their mind to their craft could become the biggest star the world has ever seen.
