I took part in a Spanish course by Nicolás and can only report positive things. Nicolás is a very committed teacher who responds to the wishes and needs of his students and structures his lessons in a meaningful way. With Nicolás, language lessons will never be boring and the motivation to learn independently comes from the inexhaustible source of his enthusiasm for teaching the Spanish language. I particularly vividly remember the conversations in the course, which thanks to Nicolás’ encouragement and good moderation, always went beyond the usual language course blabla - and that despite our terrible level. One could also suspect self-interest, all the better when everyone has benefited. Since I can not imagine anyone who could not be enthusiastic about Nicolás, I recommend him with a light heart for private lessons, although unfortunately I have not (yet) enjoyed it myself. Competent, reliable, funny, interested, interesting, what more could you ask for?

With Nicolás as a language trainer, it never gets boring. He makes the lessons incredibly diverse: from conversation to group exercises to poems and songs (and even culinary highlights). So you not only learn the language, but also get an insight into the culture and local characteristics of various Spanish-speaking countries. His linguistic knowledge, his humor and his communicative nature contribute to the exciting, creative and fun learning experience.

After a short basic course at an institute, I took individual lessons with Nicolas. That was the best decision for me because I wanted a teacher who would deal directly with me and my pace, as I am often faster than groups. I really had a stroke of luck with Nicolas: he adjusted wonderfully to my pace, gave me very challenging tasks and explained my grammar questions to me down to the smallest detail. He never gave up when I wanted to say something in German because I couldn't do it in Spanish. Last but not least, before I went abroad to Colombia, he put me in touch with a good friend of his there, which was really great because I was in direct contact wherever I was - and had to speak Spanish.

The classes with Nicolás were very useful for my German. The way he explains with practical examples was very helpful. Since we have the same first language, it helped me a lot to understand what mistakes I was making because I think in Spanish.

Nicolás is a great Spanish teacher and a real talent for languages, and an incredibly nice guy in general. It was important to me to learn "Argentine Spanish" (as I wanted to prepare for a stay in Argentina) and so I chose him because he teaches both "Spanish" and "Argentine" Spanish. Actually, I can hardly imagine a better one-on-one lessonsolution than with Nico!! A native speaker of his wonderful language and hespeaks German almost as perfectly as well.
