My goals for each of my students is for them to learn something that they did not know before, whether it be how to write their name or the pythagorean theorem! Seeing a child's "light bulb" go on is the most rewarding part of teaching. Although learning is the goal, making sure your child is safe, happy, and excited to learn are top priorities!
Hello! I am a 22 year old senior at Illinois State University. I am currently in my last semester of student teaching as a special education major. I have endorsements in early childhood education and American Sign Language, however once I complete student teaching I will be certified to teach K-12. I work at Fox Valley Special Recreation Association (FVSRA) in Aurora, IL. as the camp director for Camp Rock Stars. I am knowledgeable about zoom, Kahoot, BrainPop, google formats and multiple other online tools to help your child learn!
If I need to travel more than 10 miles away, there will be an additional $5 charge. NO OTHER ADDITIONAL CHARGES! I will not ask you for any additional payment :)
