My teaching approach is based on initial assessment, gaining knowledge of subjects my students like or dislike, and modeling the lesson with opportunity to facilitate as student work on assignment. Then giving feedback on what student should do differently.
I have been giving lessons for the last 15 years (last 2 years online). I have taught over 500 students in regular education and special education. Students in my reading/ELA/ classes have scored higher on quiz or test.
