Special education teacher with 7 years of experience in math, literacy, and history

Methodology

As a special educator, I provide accommodations and use the student's learning style to adapt my materials. I strive to help students think critically about information and look at history and literature through different perspectives. I also help students succeed in math by showing how to solve problems in different ways.

Background

I was raised in Colorado and I love to teach! Seeing students succeed is why I teach. I have 7 years of experience as a classroom teacher and special educator. I have degrees in criminal justice, special education, and international policy.
