About Lucy
Hi! I’m a New Zealand-trained musculoskeletal physiotherapist with over five years of experience delivering high-quality rehabilitation and exercise programs tailored to individual needs. I’m also APPI-qualified in both clinical mat and reformer Pilates, blending physiotherapy principles with targeted movement to support recovery, strength, and long-term wellness.
I currently work privately as a specialist physiotherapist and also serve as Head of Medical for a rugby team, where I manage injury prevention and rehabilitation for elite athletes. My background as a sports physiotherapist allows me to apply performance-based approaches to all clients — whether you’re returning to high-level sport or rebuilding strength after surgery or childbirth.
I have a special interest in post-surgical, post-natal, and functional exercise rehabilitation. My passion lies in helping people return to doing what they love — pain-free, confident, and stronger than before.
Whether you’re looking for expert guidance through Pilates, injury rehab, or personalized exercise programs, I’m here to support your journey.
I have memberships through the HCPC council and the Charted Physiotherapy Society (CSP).
