Methodology
I am a certified Reiki Master, certified tarot/oracle reader (yes, they have a school for that) and a certified practitioner of the Amrit Method of Yoga Nidra for deep meditation and transformational sleep. I graduated from Southwest Institute of Healing Arts as an Integrative Healing Arts Practitioner.
Background
I’ve used my practice with patients at a treatment facility for eating disorders. along with doing individual sessions with several clients in my home.
