I believe that learners learn best through hands-on experience ,real-world applications and personalized feedback. I would like to incorporate a variety of teaching methods ,including project-based learning ,group work and individualized instruction to cater to differentTo achieve these learning gains ,I plan to use different assessment tools which includes formative assessment ,to monitor learners progress and adjust my teaching strategies accordingly. I will also provide regular feedback to learners and encourage them to take ownership for their learning .Ultimately I hope to create a classroom culture that values growth ,perseverance and a love of learning.
