I prefer learning by doing, whether it's vocabulary and using the objects that surround you or playing games in French, it's a more hands on approach that allows the language to stick in the brain better. I also heavily rely on perfecting phonetics which make the French language sound so romantic.

French has been an integral part of my life since I was 4 years old. Over the years- from 3rd grade science classes in French to college courses on Francophone authors- my passion for the French language and culture kept growing. I followed that passion and graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University in the Spring of 2016 with a French and International Studies double major. I also studied abroad in the Spring of my junior year at Stendhal University in Grenoble, France. Studying abroad allowed me to immerse myself in the French culture even further by staying with a host family and travelling throughout the country.
