About Verona

I’m a mindset nutrition coach teaching you how to build healthy mindsets with food & nutrition long term. I’ve been coaching now for over 10 years & I’m passionate to help you make a change to your health & diet.

About the lesson

My teaching method is 1:1 & group based sessions equipping you with the tools you need to build lasting habits. We’ll go over your unique nutrition assessment and create your individual plan, specific to you, and your goals you have.

What I enjoyed about the coaching was that verona is just like us a normal person and has the normal cravings like chocolate, takeaway etc not like your normal PT that works out twice a day everyday lol...its not sustainable.You need to be able to find something that works for you and this is where verona comes in and helps motivate you to do so.
