My teaching methodology involves putting technology to its best use by conducting lectures over video facilitating 2 way conversation.
I am a firm believer for taking student centered approach wherein i try to communicate with the kid in the language they are comfortable with. Focusing on one student at a time and try to be just a facilitator.
Encourage kids to set goals for themselves so that they are able to take ownership and track their progress.
Assessment for learning. This helps me to understand the current learning state of the student and fine tune my pace accordingly.
