Theatrical Stage Combat and Acting

Methodology

Hello! I am a Teacher of Theater and Stage Combat. I am a Certified Teacher by the Society of American Fight Directors. I hold a BFA in Acting and an MFA in Interdisciplinary Arts with an emphasis on Stage Combat and Movement. I have taught on all levels of age and experience and have my own professional background as an Actor/Combatant and Fight Choreographer. I am interested in the safety techniques and movement aspects of theatrical swordplay. I am an organic teacher and look for an exchange of energy between partners in a dynamic moment. Integrity, respect and safety are the hallmarks of my art practice.

Background

I've been teaching for years.
My students perform in class and professionally in the Theater and Film.
