Methodology

I specialize in elementary education with language arts and math. I also do homework help for any age.
I use worksheets as extra help and will write out each step. I am patient and lead the client to the answer instead of giving them the answer. I make sure the client knows the steps needed and how their answer was reached. I go over the problem
Or Answer by allowing the student to tell me how to do it on their own. Patience is key! I also find ways to help my students in class. I research strategies to use

Background

I have been tutoring for 5 years. I worked with a company first with elemenatry aged children. I tutored privately for a family in elementary ed to high school math. Each of my students have improved. Each one has talked to me about their issues in school, what bothers them and we have found ways for them to do better in class. Each student has reported it has been easier to understand and focus while in class
