Methodology
I approach the student with engaging conversation and regular practice. The best way to retain knowledge is to actually use it on the regular. Practice, practice, practice! Also by getting to know the student with his likes and dislikes, and most importantly associating the topic with said likes.
Background
I'm an engineering student, currently in the process of finishing my final year of university. I'm bilingual fluent in English and Spanish and can seamlessly use both. Engineering student whom also is designing a video game on the side. Experience in individual tutoring for 3 years. Versed in visual graphic design software ranging from the Adobe library (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Dreamweaver) to 3D modelling software like Autodesk Maya and Zbrush.

Details
The point of the higher rate for a webcam sessions is the diminished chances of establishing trust face-to-face with the student. A screen is a significant hurdle and will make the delivery of tutoring less than optimal. However, the rate is offered for the sake of expediency, convenience, and flexibility in favor of the client.
