Background

As an English teacher and writing tutor with over seven years’ experience, I have developed excellent working relationships with students of diverse personal backgrounds. At Texas Tech, I tutor for the university's main and satellite writing centers. My client list includes undergraduate and graduate students, and postdoctoral fellows. My work as a tutor allows me to support students as a listener, facilitator, and fellow learner.

I also teach interdisciplinary and hybrid rhet-comp courses that emphasize communication in a global society, and multimodal learning, literacy and interactions.
