Learning is certainly not a one-size-fits-all thing, ESPECIALLY for learning a different language, so I will spend some time getting to know the student and seeing how they best learn. Additionally, learning languages is about making mistakes and being willing to do so. I'll emphasize this all throughout the lessons and do everything I can to encourage growth through being willing to try and mess up. Another important aspect of learning languages is immersion, so I will provide resources for the student so they can hear native speakers in non-classroom settings. We can use these resources as points of discussion in our meetings if there is nothing specific the student wants to cover or ask questions about (which we will discuss as we go along).
(Due to word restrictions, I'll just give this in English) I am currently double majoring as a junior in Spanish and biology, and I have been studying the language for 5 years now on many facets (reading, writing, listening, and speaking). In addition, I have been a tutor in the sciences for over a year and a half now, and I am looking to broaden the subjects I teach (hence this ad).

Addison has been tutoring for the past year and a half while attending the University of Kentucky with a double major in biology and Spanish and a minor in creative writing. He is currently a junior. He took several AP exams and classes while attending high school. He achieved a score of 35 of the ACT and was named a National Merit Finalist in 2018. He is very passionate about learning and is able to translate that into teaching others in a variety of subjects. I highly recommend Addison as a tutor.
Addison is our grandson. He is a very smart and patient tutor. He is well-rounded in his knowledge base and has a great deal of experience tutoring others.
Addison defiantly knows his stuff! He can explain it multiple ways to make sure it’s clear and will make sure your good along the way!
